Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services booked through DrWashit. By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The service provider has not yet been dispatched.
- The booking was charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
- A service cannot be delivered due to unavailability of staff.
- The customer cancels within the allowed cancellation window.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be processed if:
- The service has already started or is completed.
- The vehicle was not accessible or customer was unavailable during the scheduled time.
- Incorrect address or wrong information was provided by the customer.
- The customer is dissatisfied due to reasons outside the scope of the service selected.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days (bank/UPI delays may apply).
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund is initiated.
4. Service Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with a completed service:
- You must report the issue within 12 hours with photo evidence.
- We may offer a rewash or partial refund depending on the situation.
- Quality-related refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
